The main idea of the project is a reliable presentation of cost and benefits of implementing a climate policy in Poland until 2050. A substantial issue is to shift the focus of the public debate towards thinking in terms of modernisation based on innovativeness, effectiveness and respect to the natural environment. Part of these issues was discussed in publications which were written simultaneously with the report.

LOW-EMISSION ECONOMY - A HIGH STANDARD OF LIVING

Polish growth and increasing the wealth of Poles also means an increase in energy consumption and emissions in our economy, and thus costs for the health policy.
